A Safe, Supportive, and Structured Path to Long-Term Recovery.

About San Michels

Transforming lives through Structure, Accountability, and Support.
At San Michels, we provide more than housing—we offer a community of support, accountability, and encouragement. Our mission is to help individuals in recovery build strong foundations for sober, independent living.

Recovery may begin in treatment, but it lasts a lifetime. That’s why our philosophy emphasizes:

  • Daily structure to build stability

  • Personal accountability to develop responsibility

  • Supportive community to encourage long-term success

In addition, we integrate participation in Twelve-Step programs (AA/NA), peer mentorship, and ongoing after-care to ensure our residents feel supported every step of the way. Located in the northwestern suburbs of Chicago, San Michels provides safe, welcoming, and affordable homes where individuals can find the guidance and community they need to truly rebuild their lives.
